There are a few things we would like to discuss with you before completing the form in order to prevent you from wasting time and to make sure we are all satisfied and on the same page in the end.

• To reserve your broadcast’s time slot, a 25% non-refundable deposit of the entire bulk broadcast booking cost must be made at the time of booking. Once the deposit has been properly paid, you will retain your reserved time slot.

• Fusionplus TV Media retains the right to revoke your broadcast’s airing without prior notice if payment is not made in full 30 days before the scheduled date for all broadcasts.

• Any cancellation of a broadcast that occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled air date will not be reimbursed.

• Your 25% reservation fee is not refundable in any case if you cancel your broadcast less than 30 days before to the scheduled air date. However, you may receive up to a 75% discount off the overall cost of the broadcast.
