We want to discuss a few things with you before you complete the form to prevent you from wasting time and ensure we are all satisfied and on the same page.

• To reserve your broadcast’s time slot, you must make a 25% non-refundable deposit of the entire bulk broadcast booking cost when booking. You will retain your reserved time slot once the deposit has been properly paid.
• Fusion+ TV retains the right to revoke your broadcast’s airing without prior notice if payment is not made in full 30 days before the scheduled date for all broadcasts.
• Any cancellation of a broadcast that occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled air date will not be reimbursed.
• Your 25% reservation fee is not refundable if you cancel your broadcast less than 30 days before the scheduled air date. However, you may receive up to a 75% discount on the overall cost of the broadcast.
